80.39pc pass SSC exams

Sun News Desk : The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations-2023 has published across the country. A total of 80.39 per cent candidates have passed this year's SSC and equivalent examinations-2023.

Last year, 87.44 per cent students passed the SSC and equivalent exams. A total of 1,83,578 students achieved GPA-5 in this year.

The pass rates in different education boards of the country are-77.50 per cent in Dhaka, 90.18 per cent in Barishal, 78.3 percent in Chattogram, 78.4 in Cumilla, 76.8 percent in Dinajpur, 86.2 percent in Jashore, 87.9 percent in Rajshahi, 76.1 percent in Sylhet, 85.49 percent in Mymensingh, 83.4 percent under the technical education board, and 74.7 percent under the madrasa board.

Students can get their results by visiting the website www.educationboardresults.gov.bd and entering their roll and registration number.

Apart from this, they can also get the results by sending an SMS to 16222.

Around 20, 72,153 students under the 11 education boards - nine general, one madrasa and one technical - appeared at the SSC and equivalent examinations.
