Sun News Desk : A Dhaka tribunal framed charges against 16 people including BUET Professor Nikhil Ranjan Dhar in a case filed over the question paper leak.

The formal trial in the case has begun with the charge framing.
The accused in the case are- Raisul Islam alias Swapan, 36, Janata Bank officer Shamsul Haque alias Shyamal, 34, Abdullah Al Jaber, 34, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology’s (AUST) Technician Muktaruzzaman alias Royel, 26, peon Delwar Hossain, 31, Rabiul Awal, 41, Pervez Miah, 26, Mizanur Rahman Mizan, 37, Mobin Uddin, 32, Mostafizur Rahman, 37, Sohel Rana, 35, Rashed Ahmed alias Bablu, 37, Jahangir Alam Jahid, 38, Robiul Islam alias Robi and Rupali Bank Senior Officer Jane Alam alias Milon, 32.
Dhaka Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Tofajjal Hossain framed charges against them today.

Earlier on January 31, Shamim Ahmed, investigation officer of the case and Sub Inspector of the Detective Branch (DB), submitted a supplementary charge sheet to the court and the court received it on February 5.
