4 killed as bus hits auto-rickshaw

Sun News Desk: At least 5 people were killed after a bus hit a CNG-run auto rickshaw in Bogura on Thursday.

The accident occurred at 10:30am at Banani bypass road.

Two of them were identified as auto-rickshaw driver Hazrat Ali, 50, and passenger Nurnabi Badshah, 60.

The injured were sent to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College.

Koigari police outpost ASI Abbas Ali said a Dhaka-bound bus from Gaibandha hit the auto rickshaw in the area losing control. Three passengers of the CNG dead on the spot.

The CNG driver, later, succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
