3 Bangladeshis killed in Saudi road crash

Sun News Desk: Bangladeshi nationals were killed and two others were injured in a deadly road accident in Saudi Arabia on Sunday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Md Faruk, 25, and Md Parvez, 20, sons of Abul Kashem, and Md Saddam, 21, son of Abul Bashar, residents of Mirzapur village in Monoharganj upazila of Cumilla district.

The others two injured are Sohrab Hossain, 35, and Hafsa, 6.

Saudi Police recovered the dead bodies and sent them to hospital. The injured were also admitted to hospital.

Quoting the victims' family members, he said a private car Faruk, Parvez, and Saddam were traveling in plunged into a roadside ditch in Al Qassim province around 1 pm on Thursday (Bangladesh Time), leaving the trio dead on the spot.

In this regard, District Employment and Manpower Office, Cumilla assistant director Debabrato Ghosh that they will provide all kinds of assistance to the families of the deceased to bring back their bodies home.
