Staff Correspondent: At present, a total of 762 dengue patients are admitted to government and private hospitals across the country. In the first 10 months of October this year, a total of 23,655 people were hospitalized with dengue.

In 24 hours, 146 dengue patients have been admitted to different hospitals of the country including Dhaka. Of these, 104 have been admitted in the capital and 42 in other departments.

This information was given in a notification sent from the Health Emergency Operations Center and Control Room of the Health Department on Sunday (October 31).

This year since January, 22,802 dengue patients have returned home from the hospital after treatment. There are 611 admissions in 46 government and private hospitals in Dhaka and 151 in other departmental hospitals. The total number of deaths at this time is 91.
