200 Infected with Omicron in India

International Desk: The deadly coronavirus is rampant all over the world. In India, 200 people have been infected with the new type of Corona Omicron.

The country's central health ministry has confirmed the matter. However, 77 of them have recovered. This has been said in a report of NDTV.

The highest prevalence of Omicron was in Maharashtra and Delhi with 54 cases. Then there are 20 in Telangana, 19 in Karnataka, 18 in Rajasthan, 15 in Kerala and 14 in Gujarat.

According to the country's ministry data on Tuesday, the number of new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours is 5,326. The total number of corona cases in the country so far is 3 crores 48 lakh people. In the last 24 hours, 453 people have died and a total of 4 lakh 78 thousand people have died.

On November 25, a new type of corona was identified for the first time in South Africa. Numerous countries, including Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, have since imposed travel bans on African countries. Even then Omicron has spread to many countries. So far, Omicron infection has been reported in 89 countries.
