2 bodies found at Shitalakshya

Sun News Desk : Two bodies were recovered frrom Shitalakshya River after missing in Narayanganj on Monday.

The deceased were identified as Billal, 8, son of Babul Kazi, and Ismail, 8, son of Alauddin Majhi, both were residents of Kazibari area of the upazila.

According to the family members, the duo went missing from their houses on Sunday morning. The relatives searched for them in every possible areas where they can go but could not locate them.

On Monday morning, locals saw the bodies floating in the river at Mymensingh patti area of the upazila and informed Fire Service and Civil Defence Department.

On information, they recovered the bodies and handed over to the family members.

Abu Bakar Siddique, Bandar Police Station officer-in-charge, said separate unnatural death cases were filed in these regards.
