Sourav Ganguly back to hospital complaining chest pain

Sports Desk: Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) president and former captain Sourav Ganguly had chest pain and was rushed to Apollo Hospital on Wednesday (January 26).

He will get an additional stent today. Dr.Aftab Khan will administer the procedure in presence of renowned cardiologist Dr. Devi Shetthy.

His cardiac check ups with Apollo however, reported all stable."SouravGanguly, 48 years old, malehas come for a check up of his cardiac condition.There is no change in his parameters since his last hospitalisation and his vital parameters are stable." Apollo Hospital said in a media release.

The stenting will be done in the Woodlands Hospital.

Earlier on January 2 this year, Saurabh had chest discomfort while taking exercise in his private gym. He was admitted to the hospital with chest pain. Later, three blocks were diagnosed in Sourav's coronary artery. Immediately, the doctors set a stent. Devi Setthy was flown on a chartered flight from Bangalore on Tuesday (January 5) to decide on the other two blockages. He reached Calcutta with the whole team.

After the test, Devi confirmed that Sourav is healthy. Nothing serious was found in the report. BCCI president Sourav Ganguly returned home from the hospital on Thursday (January 8th).
