Entertainment desk: Mansa Varanasi has been crowned Miss India this year. Manya Singh of Uttar Pradesh became runner- up with Mansa Varanasi. Manya Singh's shot inspiring story that came to light a week ago, is grabbing the eyeballs of all.

After winning Miss India runner-up, Manya Singh said that at one point she stopped going to school due to extreme poverty. Her father used to drive a rickshaw. Manyar's father did not have the ability to pay for his daughter's education. So, in the mid way, Manya's studies were stopped, but she did not give up.

Manya Singh, a girl from Uttar Pradesh, started working as a teenager after attending school. During the day she used to wash dishes in different shops and at night used to work in a call center.

When Manya started going back to school after working day and night, she walked for hours in order to save rickshaw fare. She struggled hard, day and night, to achieve her dreams.She has finally got the chance to do something for her family.Manya also commented that she has to go far to make their life better.

After becoming Miss India runner - up, Manya will now represent India in the international beauty pageant.
