Rohingyas Willing To Live There Are being Sent To Bhasanchar: PM

Staff Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that Bangladesh is trying to repatriate 1.1 million Rohingyas peacefully. to their homeland. "Only Rohingyas willing to go voluntarily are being sent to Bhasanchar," she said.

The Prime Minister said this in her address to the nation on the occasion of completing 2 years of her third term government, at 7.30 pm on Thursday (January 7 ).

The Prime Minister said, "In order to alleviate the sufferings of Rohingyas in various camps in Cox's Bazar, high quality infrastructure has been constructed in Bhasanchar to accommodate one lakh people." "I urge the international community to take more effective steps to repatriate the Rohingya," she added.

At that time, Sheikh Hasina said, “We have qualified to be a developing country before 2021. We have formulated a 2nd Perspective Plan 2021-2041 as a strategic document of Vision 2041. "Ourr government has also approved The 8th Five Year Plan 2021-2025 and The Delta Plan", She said.
