Staff Correspondent: The preliminary squad for the much-awaited ODI series has finally been announced. A 24-member preliminary squad has been announced for the three-match ODI series against the West Indies. At the same time, a preliminary squad of 20 players has been declared for the two-match Test Series.
Right-arm pacer Mashrafe bin Mortuza, who stepped down from the ODI captaincy, is not included in the preliminary squad. There are six new faces in the team. They are Yasir Ali Rabbi, Mohammad Shariful Islam, Parvez Hossain Emon, Nasum Ahmed, Hasan Mahmud and Sheikh Mahadi Hasan.
