Own Correspondent: The Meteorological Department has said that the night temperature may decrease slightly across the country today. However, daytime temperatures will remain almost unchanged.

According to the weather forecast for Sunday (February 4), the extension of the subcontinental high pressure zone is located in West Bengal and adjoining areas. Seasonal normal low pressure is located over South Bay of Bengal.
The weather over the country is likely to remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies on this day. However, from late night to morning, moderate to dense fog may occur in river basins of the country and light to moderate fog elsewhere.
Dense fog may cause temporary disruption to inland waterways. Besides, the night temperature may decrease by 1-2 degrees Celsius across the country. The daytime temperature may remain almost unchanged.

The weather office said Monday (February 5) is likely to remain dry with partly cloudy skies across the country.
From late night to early morning, moderate to dense fog may occur in river basins of the country and light to moderate fog elsewhere. This may cause temporary disruption in inland shipping. Day and night temperatures may rise slightly across the country.
The forecast for Tuesday (February 6) says that there may be light rain or drizzle in 2/1 places of Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions. Besides, the weather may remain dry with partly cloudy skies elsewhere in the country.

On this day, moderate to heavy fog may fall in river basins of the country and light to moderate fog in other areas from late night to morning. This may cause temporary disruption in inland shipping.
