Mohsin arrested for threatening Sakib

Sylhet: RAB has arrested Mohsin Talukder (25) of Sylhet for threatening to hack the world's best all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan. He was arrested from Dirai in Sunamganj on Tuesday (November 18).

On Sunday (November 15) at 12:08 pm, Mohsin came live on video from his Facebook ID and threatened Shakib.

Later that morning, he came live again and expressed his sorrow and asked Shakib to go to India to inaugurate Kali Puja.

RAB and police cordoned off Mohsin's house in Shahpur Talukdarpara of Sylhet Sadar Upazila around 12pm on Monday (November 18). He was not found then.

Meanwhile, Sub-Inspector (SI) Mahbub Morshed filed a case against Mohsin Talukder under the Digital Security Act at Jalalabad Police Station in Sylhet on Monday night.

Mohsin Talukder (25) is the son of Azad Box of Shahpur Talukdarpara area of Tukerbazar union of Sylhet Sadar upazila.

He promoted this live video from his own Facebook account ‘Mohsin Talukdar’. His video caused a stir when it was spread on social media. Many Shakib fans arrested Mohsin and demanded severe punishment.

Recently, after accepting an invitation to a Kali Puja ceremony, the young man was upset that Shakib had gone to Calcutta and said that he had hacked him to pieces and killed him. When he came live, he started abusing Shakib in vulgar language.

In the video, Mohsin revealed his identity and said, "If necessary, he will go to Dhaka on foot to kill Shakib." He then appeared in a live video again at 6:04 am. However, Mohsin expressed regret over the provocative video of the night and called on Shakib Al Hasan to apologize to the nation.

At that time, he said, 'He is not making this video now under any pressure, but to give a chance to Shakib and to give a message to all the other celebrities like Shakib to go on the right path again.

In the video, the young man is heard to say, 'Shakib Al Hasan came to the country a few days ago. I was happy when I went to Tain Hajj a few days ago. But in the land of Tain Ibar, Aiya used to inaugurate Gelagi India Puja again. It is hitting the heart of a Muslim. I cut the wire (showing a chapati) in the file. '

At that time, abusing Shakib Al Hasan and advising him to follow the Pakistani cricketers, the young man said, 'Don't you see how many Pakistani cricketers? You should see the stars. You have become a child of a Muslim and used to inaugurate worship. You hurt the heart. I'll cut you to pieces in your file. I am Mohsin Talukdar. I will cut Kopaiya in Shakib's file. '

On October 29, Shakib was released from a one-year ban. On November 8, the most successful star in the history of Bangladesh cricket returned home from the United States. Last Thursday, Jamcon Khulna took Shakib to the team from the players draft of Bangabandhu T20 Cup. On the same day, the star all-rounder went to India after receiving an invitation to a public Shyama Puja function at Kankurgachhi in Kolkata, India.

He returned to the country on Friday. However, in a video message on Monday evening, Shakib Al Hassan apologized to the countrymen for the incident, claiming that he was proud as a Muslim and that he had not gone to India to inaugurate any puja mandapa. He went there to attend another event. However, Kali Puja was going on on a stage next to it.
