Sun News Desk: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Dhaka on March 26 on a two-day visit. During the visit,custom-designed “Mujib coats” will be the attire of dignitaries.The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) of India has supplied 100 Mujib coats.
The Indian Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises made the announcement on Saturday (March 20th).
On the eve of Modi's visit to Dhaka, the Indira Gandhi Cultural Center in Dhaka is providing 100 Mujib Courts made of traditional Indian khadi for his traveling companions.

The black Mujib jackets have been designed with 6 buttons, will have two pockets at the lower half and one pocket at the top left. This Mujib jacket is made of high quality poly khadi fabric.
A press release issued by the Ministry of Small and Medium Industries of India said that black khadi yarn cloth covers have also been made for these jackets with embroidered Khadi India's logo to focus on the eco-friendliness of the khadi fabric.
KVIC Chairman Vinai Kumar Saxena said that Mujib Coat has historical significance in Bangladesh and it is a matter of pride to make Khadir Mujib jacket. During Modi's visit to Bangladesh, Khadi's Mujib Coat will visit Bangladesh. Narendra Modi is Khadi's brand ambassador.
Mujib Coat is very popular in Bangladesh. Its popularity is increasing day by day among the youths of Bangladesh.
