Kamala congratulates Trump

International Desk: Democratic candidate Kamala Harris has congratulated Donald Trump for being elected US President, reports BBC.

CBS News reported that the two leaders spoke on the phone for a few minutes. During this time, Kamala called on Trump to become the president of all Americans.

BBC said Kamala Harris is scheduled to address party workers and supporters at Howard University in Washington on Wednesday local time.

The Democratic campaign camp also reported the same information. According to them, Kamala will address supporters at Howard University in Washington at 9pm. Kamala's husband Douglas Emhoff will be with her at that time.

Noted Trump was elected the 47th President of the United States in the yesterday's election, breaking a 132-year record. Democrat candidate Kamala Harris was defeated by him.
