Staff Reporter: A fire broke out at an electronics factory in Tipardi area of ​​Sonargaon upazila of Narayanganj. 10 units of fire service are working to control the fire.

The fire broke out at the factory on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway around 11am on Sunday (January 3). Upon hearing the news of the fire, the locals rushed to the spot. The traffic on the highway was stopped.

Sujan Kumar Hawlader, station officer of Sonargaon Fire Station, said 10 units including Sonargaon were working to control the fire. Nothing was immediately known about the source of the fire. Besides, details about the damage are yet to come.
