Biden formed Corona Task Force before Oath

International Desk: Joe Biden still has a long way to go before he is sworn in as US President. In the meantime, coronavirus has come to the fore in America. A special task force has been formed to protect the country from Covid-19.

On Monday (November 9), Joe Biden formed a 13-member special task force to stop the spreading of the pandemic. At the top of this taskforce are three renowned people. For the time being, this task force has been formed for two months. The task force will be in place after Joe Biden is sworn in as president on January 20.

Biden said the new government would take all possible measures to deal with Corona. Biden and Kamala Harris also met to discuss about this pandemic. Important scientists and doctors of the country were in that meeting.

A 13-member task force was formed with the consent of all at the meeting. Three people have been placed at the top of the task force. Former Food and Drug Commissioner David Kessler, former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and Professor Marcella Nunez Smith. This committee will take all measures to deal with Corona. The task force also includes Rick Bright, who was fired from the Trump administration.

Biden appealed to the people to wear masks. Not Republicans or Democrats, he said all Americans should wear masks. You don't have to connect politics with a mask. Everyone should wear a mask for their own sake, for the sake of the neighbor.
