146 New Cases of Dengue Detected

Staff Correspondent: The number of dengue patients is increasing along with coronavirus all over the country including the capital. In the last 24 hours, 146 new patients have been admitted to different hospitals. Of these patients, 124 were admitted to the hospital in Dhaka. The number of patients outside Dhaka is 22.

This information was given in the regular dengue report of the Health Emergency Operations Center and Control Room of the Health Department on Monday (November 1) afternoon.

There are 756 people admitted to 46 government and private hospitals in Dhaka and 150 people in different hospitals of other departments.

Of the total infected this year, 5,608 dengue patients were admitted in October, 7,841 in September, 7,698 in August, 2,286 in July, 272 in June and 43 in May.

Of the 91 deaths from dengue this year, 22 died this month, 23 on September, 34 in August and 12 in July.
