The capital is its old mode

Zahid Rakib: After strict lockdown, the capital has returned to its old form and the traffic situation on the roads of the capital as its previous practice. The movement of all types of transport including public transport has increased at a huge rate. Not only transportation, but also the presence of people traveling to different destinations has increased. Due to the increase in the presence of vehicles and people, severe traffic jams are appearing in different places on the roads again.

On Wednesday (August 11), people were seen on the main roads of the capital heading towards the office. Traffic jams are being created in different places as all kinds of vehicles are allowed on the road. Badda, Rampura, Malibagh and Kakrail areas of the capital were visited and it was seen that the traffic police members were struggling to restore order on the roads.

It can be seen in Rampura Bijre that the public transports are taking passengers in the bus without paying attention to the hygiene rules. No hand sanitizers or life-giving scenes were seen on the buses.

Strict restrictions were imposed from July 1 to prevent corona. The government imposed a strict ban on Eid-ul-Fitr from 8 am on July 23 with an eight-day break. During this time public transport, offices and shops were closed. However, in the meantime, export-oriented industries has already been opened from August 1.
