Last Thursday (December 2) morning, according to the World Meters, 8,212 people have died of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. And 6 lakh 62 thousand 441 people have been identified as corona patients.

Meanwhile, the number of deaths in the world has increased to 52 lakh 41 thousand 577 people. And 26 crore 37 lakh 17 thousand 793 patients infected with this virus have been identified.

The United States, India, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey, France, Iran, Argentina, Germany, Spain and Colombia have the highest number of deaths in Corona.

The first case in Coronavirus was discovered in December 2019 in Hubei, Wuhan Province, China. Within a few months, the virus spread to most of the world. On March 11 last year, the World Health Organization declared Corona as "pandemic."

Since then, the world has been inundated with new variants of the virus. The latest panic is the first identified Omicron in South Africa. However, the extent to which this variant will affect humans is still under research.
