Drone fell on a farm in UAE's Fujairah

A Bangladeshi national was killed after debris from an intercepted drone fell on a farm in the Al-Rifa’a area in UAE's Fujairah, according to Gulf news. But his identity has yet been confirmed.

The Fujairah Government Media Office said UAE air defence systems successfully intercepted an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over the emirate. Following the interception and debris landed on a farm in Al-Rifa’a.

A Bangladeshi national died as a result of the incident, authorities said. Authorities and emergency teams remain at the site, continuing to monitor the situation and ensure safety in the surrounding area.

Residents were urged to follow updates through official government platforms.
