During his stay, he will also visit Deakin University in Melbourne.
The army chief will then travel to Washington, DC, where he will attend the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition.
During the visit, General Waker-Uz-Zaman will pay courtesy calls on key defence officials from Australia and the United States and exchange views with them. He will also visit various military installations in the two countries.
