Advance ticket sale from Jun 14

Sun News Desk : Bangladesh Railway will begin selling all advance tickets online on June 14.

On the first day, the authorities will sell tickets for June 24. And, later, tickets for June 25, 26, 27 and 28 will be sold on June 15, 16, 17 and 18.

Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan came up with the information at a press briefing held at the Rail Bhaban today.

To reduce public sufferings and the load on server, the tickets will be sold in two shifts. The West Zone will start selling tickets online at 8am while the East Zone will start at noon.

Eight pairs of special trains will be operated to ensure hassle-free journey for holidaymakers during the Eid.

The advance sale of return tickets will start on June 22.
