International Desk: Wisconsin state local time on Sunday (November 21) at a crowded Christmas parade run over 5 people were killed and 40 others were injured. The matter has been confirmed by the local police.

As seen in a video spread online, a red SUV crashed into the parade in the town of Waukesha. Many people are running around to avoid being hit by a car.

Another video shows police firing on a car to stop it. At that moment, a barrier on the road was broken and the car fled.

Police have arrested a man on suspicion of being involved in the incident. The car was recovered about 32 kilometers west of Milwaukee, police said. It was not immediately clear if the incident was a terrorist attack.
