Trump also lost Pennsylvania case

International court: A Philadelphia court has rejected a Pennsylvania lawsuit filed by the Republican Trump camp challenging the election results in declaring Joe Biden the winner.

Rudy Giuliani, a lawyer for President Donald Trump, has filed a lawsuit seeking the annulment of the Pennsylvania state election results. A Pennsylvania federal court has set a November 28 hearing on the case, with a temporary ban on verifying the results of the vote. However, the results of the state vote have already been verified.

A three-judge panel of a Philadelphia court has ruled that no specific allegations or evidence were provided in the Trump case. The media reported on the BBC.

On behalf of the judging panel, Stefanos Bibas wrote, 'Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Although the allegations of injustice are serious, it cannot be said that the election was not fair.

Bibas further mentioned, 'Specific allegations and evidence are required in the case. There is none here. '

Jenna Ellis, one of Trump's lawyers, said in a tweet that the state of Pennsylvania's judiciary has continued its efforts to cover up the state's massive vote fraud for political reasons. Jenna Ellis thanked the Supreme Court for giving them a chance to prove their case.

Trump's lawyers will now go to the Supreme Court to appeal the dismissal of the case. The state's appeal will go to Justice Samuel Elto. Justice Elito will then hold a hearing with his other eight judges.

Joe Biden has unofficially secured the presidency with 307 votes out of a total of 538 electoral colleges in the US presidential election. Trump received 232 electoral votes. More than 260 electoral college votes are required to become president.
