Sports Desk: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule of boys' events for the next ten years. The company has finalized the name of Bangladesh as the joint organizer with India in the 2031 ODI World Cup.
The ICC made the announcement on its Twitter account on Tuesday (November 16).
According to the announcement, the 2024 T20 World Cup will be jointly hosted by the West Indies and the United States. Pakistan will be the sole organizer of the 2025 Championship.
India and Sri Lanka co-host the 2026 T20 World Cup. The 2027 ODI World Cup will be hosted by South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. Australia and New Zealand host the 2028 T20 World Cup.
India is hosting the 2029 Champions Trophy. England, Scotland and Ireland host the 2030 T20 World Cup. Then Bangladesh and India were named in the list of hosts of the 2031 ODI World Cup.
Earlier in 2011, Bangladesh was also the joint organizer of the ODI World Cup with India and Sri Lanka. Then in 2014, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) successfully organized the T20 World Cup alone.
